Subscription Benefits
The main benefit of becoming a subscriber is your discount. You get 10% off when you subscribe to any fragrances — no strings attached. You won't lose your discount, and your price is locked as long as your subscription remains active, so you won't experience price increases as the cost of our ingredients may increase due to inflation. Choose your delivery frequency, skip a delivery, or swap fragrances for new ones and easily adjust your subscription anytime using your customer portal.

The easiest way to manage your subscription is through your customer portal on our website. From there, you can:

Renewal & Billing
Subscriptions renew automatically based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 30 days by default).
Your payment method on file will be charged at each renewal unless you update, skip, or cancel your subscription 2 days before the renewal cutoff date.
Subscription Consent & Awareness
When you select the subscription option at checkout, you are expressly enrolling in a recurring subscription. The subscription price, delivery frequency, and terms are displayed directly below the product price and before you confirm your order. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these subscription terms.
It is your responsibility to review your order details before placing it. Claims of not being aware of a subscription selection do not exempt you from charges once the subscription has been activated.
Cancellation Policy
When You Can Cancel: You may cancel your subscription anytime up to 2 days before your scheduled renewal date/time, as displayed in your customer portal.
When Cancellation Is Not Possible:
Once a subscription has been renewed and processed for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
You will be responsible for payment of any processed or shipped orders before cancellation.
Effect of Cancellation: Cancellation is prospective only. It will stop future renewals, but does not retroactively refund prior charges or shipped orders.
Returns on Subscription Orders
Subscription products follow the same rules as our Return & Refund Policy.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned with an authorized RMA. Refunds will only be issued upon receipt of the returned product under our return conditions.
Customer Responsibility
Subscriptions do not cancel automatically. It is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription through the customer portal or by contacting us before the renewal date.
We cannot cancel or refund a subscription renewal without a customer’s cancellation request submitted before renewal.
Failure to skip or cancel before the renewal date constitutes acceptance of that renewal, the corresponding shipment, and the related charge.
